Make the Impossible Burger at Home: Reheat thoroughly from frozen. Skillet (Non-Stick Pan): 1. Place 1 tablespoon of water on pan and preheat on medium-low heat. 2. Place frozen patty on top of water and cover pan with a lid. 3. Cook covered for 3 minutes per side for a total of 7-10 minutes. Grill: 1. Preheat grill to medium high. 2. Cook with lid closed for 5 minutes per side for a total of 9-11 minutes. Microwave: 1. Add 1 tablespoon of water on a non-absorbent microwave-safe plate. 2. Place frozen patty on top of water and heat on high for 2:30 minutes. Add 5-10 second increments as needed. 3. Let rest for 1 minute before serving. Product is fully cooked when interior reaches 160 degrees F. Appliances may vary. Heating times are approximate. Perishable, keep frozen.
