Cooking Instructions: For food safety, follow these cooking instructions. Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Cooking appliances vary in power; adjust cooking times as necessary. These instructions are guidelines only. Thawing before cooking is not recommended for this product. It should be cooked from frozen. Stove Top: Bring 1 cup water to boil in 3-quart saucepan. Add 16 ounces of frozen vegetables and return to boil. Reduce heat to medium and boil gently for 4-5 minutes. Stir once during cooking time. Season to taste. Microwave: To cook, place 16 ounces of frozen vegetables in a microwave safe dish and add water according to the chart below. Cover and cook on high for recommended time listed in chart once during cook time. Allow to stand 3 minutes. Season and serve. Quantity: 16 oz - half bag; 800 oven wattage; 3 tbsp. water; 4 minutes, stir, additional 4 minutes cooking times. 16 oz - half bag; 1200 oven wattage; 3 tbsp. water; 2 1/2 minutes, stir, additional 2 1/2 minutes cooking times. Caution: Product will be hot. Note: Microwave cooking times may vary depending on the particular appliance used. Perishable | Keep frozen.
