Cook thoroughly. Cooking Instructions: Microwave: Place frozen broccoli in a covered microwave-safe dish. Add 2 tablespoons of water for every 8 oz. Microwave on high for 4-6 minutes, stirring once during cooking. Season to taste and serve. Stove Top: Place frozen broccoli in 1/4 cup boiling water for every cup of broccoli. Bring to second boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 5-7 minutes or until tender. Avoid overcooking. Drain and season to taste. For food safety follow these cooking instructions. Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Since cooking appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only. Keep frozen until ready to use.
