Cooking Directions: 3 easy steps. 1. Moisten up to 2 pounds of protein or vegetables thoroughly in egg wash or ice-cold water. 2. Coat protein or vegetables in coating mix. Shake off excess and place protein or vegetables in air fryer basket in a single layer. 3. Air Fry at 375 degrees F for 10-15 minutes. Flip halfway through cooking time. Finished product should be golden brown and have an internal temperature of 145 degrees F for seafood, pork or beef and 165 degrees F for chicken. Enjoy! Note: Cooking times are based on a 1500-Watt air fryer. Please consult your manual for precise cooking times for your specific make/model. Oven Directions: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Moisten protein or vegetables in egg wash or ice-cold water. Coat completely in mix and shake off excess. Bake protein or vegetables in pan with raised rack for 10-15 minutes (depending on thickness) until golden brown to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F for seafood, pork and beef and 165 degrees F for chicken.
