Pan Fry: 1-2 min. each side on medium heat. Microwave: Remove the wrap. Place on a microwavable dish. Cover with plastic wrap & make a 1/2 inch slit. Cook 60 seconds & rotate 1/2 turn. Continue cooking until thoroughly heated. Keep refrigerated below 40 degrees F at all times.
