Directions

Perfect Pancakes & Waffles Every Time! Preheat griddle or skillet over medium heat (350 degrees F to 375 degrees F) or as manufacturer directs. Griddle/skillet is ready when a few drops of water sizzle and disappear. Grease lightly. Stir: Ingredients together until large lumps disappear (about 15 seconds). Pour: 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto griddle/skillet. When pancake bubbles around edge, turn. Pancake is done when bottom is lightly browned. Pancakes:2-3; Mix: 1/2 cup; Water*: 1/4. Pancakes:5-6; Mix: 1 cup; Water*: 1/2 cup. Pancakes:10-12; Mix: 2 cup; Water*: 1 cups. Pancakes: 32-34; Mix: 32 oz; Water*: 3 cups. *If desired, milk may be substituted for water. For thicker pancakes, use less water. For thinner pancakes use more water. Preheat waffle iron to 375 degrees F or as manufacturer directs. Stir: Ingredients together until large lumps disappear (about 15 seconds). Pour: 2/3 cup of batter onto iron. Cook: Until steaming stops. Waffles: Two 7" waffles; Mix: 1 cup; Water*: 1/2 cup; Oil: 1 Tbsp. *If desired, milk may be substituted for water. For thicker pancakes, use less water. For thinner pancakes use more water. To open lift.
