Let’s Bake! 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened; 1 tsp. vanilla; 1 egg. Chocolate Chip Cookies: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Stir softened butter, vanilla and egg in medium bowl. 3. Add cookie mix and stir until soft dough forms (dough will be crumbly). 4. Drop dough by rounded tablespoon to make 2 dozen cookies. 5. Slightly form into balls. 6. Bake 13-15 minutes. 7. Cool 2 minutes before removing from cookie sheet. Yield: 24 cookies. Go beyond! Do not underbake. Do not eat raw batter. Store in a cool, dry place.
