Keep frozen until ready to cook. Do not thaw. Adjust cook times and heat settings as needed. Refrigerate leftovers. Microwave (Recommended): Place unopened bag standing up on a microwave safe place. Microwave on high 5-1/2 - 6 minutes* or until thoroughly cooked. Let 1 minute in microwave. Carefully remove bag. Caution: Bag will be hot; avoid steam when opening. Tear bag at notch. Empty into a serving dish; stir well. * Microwave directions developed with 1100-watt ovens. Microwave ovens vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. Stove Top: Squeeze bag gently to separate veggies.
