Directions

Bring 1 1/2 cups water to a boil. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon butter or olive oil, if desired. Stir in 1 cup Pearl Couscous. Cover with lid; reduce heat to low and simmer 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Yields approximately 2 cups cooked pearl couscous.
