Couscous (Durum Wheat), Sultana Raisins, Seasoning (Sugar, Cumin, Paprika, Turmeric, Cinnamon, Black Pepper, Dextrose, Salt, Onion Powder, Wheat Flour, Ammonium Carbonate, Garlic Powder, Yeast Extract Powder, Natural Flavors, Mint, Turmeric Oleoresin for Color), Vegetable Bouillon (Salt, Potato Starch, Yeast Extract, Sugar, Canola Oil, Onion Powder, Citric Acid, Nutmeg Extract, Black Pepper Extract, Onion Extract, Parsley, Leek Extract, Lovage Root Extract), Pine Nuts, Parsley, Calcium Carbonate.

Directions

Just add water to unlock middle eastern flavours. Cooking instructions: 1. Add 1/4 cups of boiling water to the couscous in a bowl. Cover and leave to stand for 5 mins. 2. Drizzle a little olive oil or butter to taste, stir and separate grains with a fork 3. Serve hot on its own, with Al'Fez tagine sauces, or a chilled salad. Tip: For a zesty lift, add a squeeze of lemon juice. Why not try. Slice the top off 4 red peppers, then remove the seeds and place in the microwave for 5 mins. Scoop the prepared couscous into the peppers. Finish with a scattering of sliced green olives and some crumbled goats cheese. Replace tops. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 mins. Store in a cool, dry place. Best by: See base of carton.
