FOR BEST RESULTS CONVENTIONAL OVEN Cook from Frozen 1. Preheat oven to 400º F. 2. Bend lid in half on the long side. Place tented lid on top of enchiladas. 3. Place tray onto baking sheet on center rack. Cook for 65 mins with lid on. 4. Remove lid from tray and cook for 5 mins. 5. Remove from oven and let stand 5 mins. CONVENTIONAL OVEN THAWED FOR 48 HOURS AT 40 F *Thaw product under refrigeration (40º F) for no more than 48 hours. 1. Preheat oven to 400º F. 2. Bend lid in half on the long side. Place tented lid on top of enchiladas. 3. Place tray onto baking sheet on center rack. Cook for 38 mins with lid on. 4. Remove lid from tray and cook for 5 mins. 5. Remove from oven and let stand 5 mins. For food safety and quality, follow these cooking instructions. Will Be Hot! Ensure product reaches an internal temperature of 165 F. Ovens vary; cooking time may need adjusting. Do not refreeze (For thawed instructions) *Thaw product under refrigeration (40º F) for no more than 48 hours
