Cook thoroughly. Microwave: 1. Remove tray from carton, cut 2-inch slit in film to vent. 2. Microwave on high for 7 minutes. Peel back film, stir and replace film. 3. Microwave another 3 - 4 minutes, or until product reaches 165 degrees F. Let stand for 3 minutes, remove film, then enjoy! Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove tray from carton, cut 2-inch slit in film and place on baking sheet. 2. Cook for 35 minutes on middle oven rack. Peel back film, stir and replace film. 3. Cook another 10 - 15 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Let stand 5 minutes, remove film, then enjoy! How to Enjoy: Keep frozen until ready to use.
