Remove strips with dry hands and peel away from backing film. Apply & Wait: Look in a mirror, stretch the whitening strip, and then apply them with the sticky gel side against your teeth. Line them up with edge of gumline and apply gentle pressure to mold the strip securely to the teeth. Smile Bright: Product is designed to be used for 60 minutes. Leave in place for at least 30 minutes for easier removal. For optimal experience, leave in place for 60 minutes. * Actual results may vary.
