Peel. Remove tray. Place in oven. Dispose. Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Directions: Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.* Remove tray with bacon from packaging. Place the tray in the center of the middle oven rack. Cook for approximately 20 minutes or to desired crispness. No need to turn or flip the bacon during cooking. Cooking Tip: Start checking the bacon at 15 minutes for your preferred level of doneness. Watch closely. Bacon slices will vary. For Less Crisp Bacon: Reduce cooking time by up to 5 minutes. For Extra Crisp Bacon: Add up to 5 minutes of extra cooking time. Using two hands, with oven mitts, carefully remove tray from oven. Caution! Tray will contain hot! Bacon grease. Keep cooking tray level as you remove from the oven. Let bacon stand on tray for 2 minutes. Remove bacon from tray, drain well, serve, and enjoy! * For convection ovens, reduce oven temperature to 375 degrees F. Important! Allow tray with bacon grease to cool for 5-10 minutes before discarding into trash. Ovens will vary.
