Yellowfin Tuna (Treated with Tasteless Smoke to Promote Color Retention), Hot Chili Sauce (Chili Pepper, Vinegar, Garlic, Sugar, Salt, Water, Natural Flavors, Xanthan Gum), Masago (Capelin Fish Roe, Sugar, Salt, Marin, Soy Sauce [Water, Wheat, Soybeans, Salt] Spices, Natural Rice Wine Flavor), Red Chili Paste (Chili, Salt, Distilled Vinegar, Potassium Sorbate [Preservative], Xanthan Gum, Sodium Bisulfite [Preservative]), Sesame Oil, Sea Salt, Kukui Nuts, Sesame Seeds.

Directions

Easy Thaw & Mix Preparation: Overnight Thaw (Recommended): Remove fish from box, carefully puncture vacuum pack and thaw in refrigerator overnight on a plate. Do not thaw in refrigerator with vacuum seal intact. Cold Water (Quick) Thaw: Cover sealed bag with cold water for 30 minutes or until thawed. Packages should be pliable once thawed. Mix and Serve: Once thawed, mix tuna with sauce packet (included with kit) in a bowl. Add additional toppings of your choice. Mix and serve immediately. Spicy Ahi Serving Suggestion: Add 1/4 cup of diced white onion and diced green onion. Highly recommended add 2 tbsp. mayonnaise. Keep frozen until preparation. Keep frozen until ready to use. Serve immediately after thawing. Maintain product temperature below 38 degrees F after thawing when not in use. Store thawed fish in refrigerator and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze.
