Cooking Instructions: Conventional Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Remove meal from carton and cut 2 slits in the film cover (one over each compartment of the tray) 3. Place meal one cookie sheet and cook on Middle oven rack for 25 minutes or until 165 degrees F. 4. Remove meal from oven on cookie sheet; let stand for 2 minutes before carefully removing film. Stir rice and beans and enjoy! Please note: The cooking instructions above were developed to produce the best possible product in a conventional oven. However, because ovens vary, cooking times may vary. Do not place under a broiler. Do not set oven temperature above 375 degrees F. Failure to use a cookie sheet may result in damage to the serving tray and food. Cooking Instructions: Microwave Instructions: 1. Remove meal from carton. Cut a slit in film over the enchilada compartment. 2. Microwave on high power for the amount of the listed below. 1100 w; 3:30. 1000 w; 3:45. 900 w; 4:00. 3. Remove meal from microwave. Peel back film and stir rice and beans. 4. Replace film and microwave on high power for 2 minutes or until 165 degrees. 5. Remove meal from microwave and let stand for 1 to 3 minutes before serving. Please Note: The cooking instructions above were developed in a 1100, 1000 and 900 watt microwave and were designed to produce the best possible product by cooking each tray individually. However, since microwave ovens vary, cooking times may vary. Do not thaw before cooking. Do not prepare in a toaster oven. When removing plastic film from tray, be careful to avoid escaping steam. Refrigerate or discard any unused portion. For food safety and quality, follow these cooking instructions. Cook this product to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F before eating. Keep frozen.
