Microwave: empty one Purely Elizabeth oatmeal sachet into a microwave safe bowl and add up to 1/2 cup milk or water and stir to combine. Microwave on high for 60-75 seconds and stir again. Hot water: empty one Purely Elizabeth oatmeal sachet into a bowl and pour 1/2 cup boiling water or milk and stir to combine. Let it steep covered for 2-4 minutes. Overnight oatmeal: pour Purely Elizabeth oatmeal sachet into a sealed jar and mix with 1/2 cup of milk. Add your favorite toppings and flavors and then chill overnight.
