Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cook thoroughly. Keep raw meats and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Suggestions: Place patties into cold skillet. Fry over low heat until touched with brown (about 12 minutes), turn and lightly brown. Sausage is done when interior is no longer pink and temperature is a minimum 160 degrees F. Previously handled frozen for your protection. Refreeze or keep refrigerated. From frozen: Thaw overnight in refrigerator.
