What you'll Need: Standard Recipe: 3 eggs; 1/3 cup butter; 1/2 cup sour cream; Dairy Free Recipe: 3 eggs; 1/3 cup dairy free butter product; 1/2 cup dairy free plain or vanila yogurt. Easy as 1,2, 3! 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Mix eggs, melted butter, and sour cream for one minute, or until blended. Add all of cake mix and continue mixing at low-medium speed for an additional two minutes. 3. Pour into greased 8 inch x 4 inch bread pan. Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until done in center. Cool in pan 20 minutes; remove. Glaze: Mix 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar with 4 teaspoons lemon juice and pour onto top of cooled cake.
