Directions
This sausage is fully cooked. To serve, pan-fry for 8-10 minutes on medium-high heat, or bake in the oven at 375 degrees until an internal temperature of 160 degrees is reached. You can use our Mexican chorizo with or without the casing depending on your dish. Simple Sausage Combos We Love: 1) Chorizo con papas. 2) Chorizo huevos rancheros. 3) Chorizo queso dip with corn chips. Keep refrigerated. Storage Instructions: Consume within 3 days after opening or freeze for up to 4 months from date on package.
