You'll Need: 4 inch Pancakes: 6; Mix: 1 cup; Water: 1/2 cup. 4 inch Pancakes: 12; Mix: 2 cups; Water: 1 cup. 4 inch Pancakes: 22; Mix: Full bag; Water: 2 cups. Directions: 1. Whisk together mix and water. Allow batter to sit for 5 minutes to thicken. 2. Heat lightly greased griddle or skillet to medium-high. 3. Pour batter, a scant 1/4 cup at a time, onto griddle or skillet. Cook until bubbles form on top side; flip and cook until lightly browned. For thinner pancakes, add a teaspoon or two additional water for every 1 cup of pancake mix. For Waffles: In addition to water, add 2 tablespoons vegetable oil for every 1 cup pancake mix. Cook according to waffle iron instruction. Baker's Tip: For a richer pancake or waffle, combine 2 cups dry mix with 1 egg, 1 cup milk, and 1/4 cup oil (instead of water).
