How to: Step 1: Add water or mylk to dotted line (7 oz). Turn upside down and shake well. Do not top off. Step 2: Refrigerate before bed. We recommend at least 4 hours, overnight is perfect! Step 3: Wake and shake. Enjoy on the go. Store in a cool, dry place. After mixing, keep refrigerated until ready to consume and enjoy within 36 hours.
