Pancakes: Makes 12 pancakes. You Will Need: 2 cups just add water Bisquick mix. 1-1/3 cups water (Milk can be used instead of the water). 1. Heat: Skillet over medium-high heat or griddle to 375 degrees F. Grease with vegetable oil or shortening. 2. Stir ingredients until well blended (batter will be thin) (For thicker pancakes, stir in additional mix). 3. Pour slightly less than 1/4 cup batter into hot greased skillet for each pancake. 4. Cook: Until edges are dry. Turn; cook about 1 minute longer or until golden brown. High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): No change. To Make: 6 or 7 pancakes: 1 cup mix; 2/3 cup cold water. To Make: 20 to 22 pancakes: 3 cups mix; 2 cup cold water. Waffles: Makes 12 (4-Inch) Waffles: You Will Need: 2 Cups. Just Add Water Bisquick Mix. 1-1/4 cups water (Milk can be used instead of the water). 2 tbsp vegetable oil. 1. Heat waffle maker. 2. Stir ingredients until well blended (batter will be thin) (For thicker waffles, stir in additional mix). 3. Pour onto center of greased waffle maker. 4. Bake about 5 minutes or until steaming stops. Remove carefully. High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Add 1/4 cup all-purpose flour to the mix and increase oil to 1/3 cup. Just add water. To maintain freshness, store in airtight container.
