Cooking Directions: Combine Chicken Batter Mix: (5 Tbsp.) and cold water (1/2 cup) in a large bowl. Dip chicken into batter. Firmly press chicken in remaining dry Chicken Batter Mix until completely coated. Deep fry chicken at 350 degrees F until golden brown and internal temperature is 165 degrees F. Enjoy!
