Preparation: Follow cooking instructions to ensure product reaches temperature of 160 degrees F (71.1 C). 1. Heat 4 quarts of water to boiling. Add a pinch of salt. 2. Add pasta and return to a gentle boil. Cook 2 minutes, strong occasionally. Remove and serve. 3. Toss in melted butter, extra virgin olive oil or your favorite sauce. Sprinkle with grated parmigiano Reggiano cheese and serve. Pair with Giovanni Rana Marinara Sauce. Or try. Linguine shrimp scampi: Sauté shrimp with garlic in melted butter and olive oil. Add lemon juice, pepper and oregano. Add cooked linguine to pan and toss. Garnish with grated parmigiano Reggiano and parsley. Keep refrigerated. Product fresh frozen. Thawed and dated for freshness. Use by date on front of pack. After opening, use within 3 days.
