Microwave Instructions: To cook entire package of Flav-R-Pac Chow Mein Stir Fry, place frozen vegetables in a covered microwave safe dish. Add 3 tablespoons of water and cover. For lower wattage ovens, cook on high for 4 minutes. Stir and cook on high an additional 4 minutes. Allow to stand 3 minutes. Season to taste. For ovens greater than 1100 watts, cook on high for 3-1/2 minutes. Stir and cook on high an additional 3 minutes. Allow to stand for 3 minutes. Season to taste. Note: Microwave cooking times may vary depending on the appliance used. Stovetop Instructions. Heat a frying pan and 2 tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat and add entire package of Flav-R-Pac Chow Mein Stir Fry for 5 to 7 minutes stirring constantly. Season to taste. For food safety and quality, cook to a temperature of 165 degrees F. Do not refreeze! Keep frozen.
