Red Beans, Par Boiled White Rice, Dried Onion, Smokey Ham Flavor, Hydrolyzed Soy and Corn Protein, Maltodextrin, Salt, Natural Smoke Flavor, Disodium Inosinate, Disodium Guanylate, Natural Flavors, Natural and Artificial Pork Flavor, Silicon Dioxide, Caramel Color, Dried Bell Pepper, Dried Garlic, Dried Onion, Chili Powder, Spices, Salt, Tricalcium Phosphate (Flow Agent).

Directions

Cooking Directions: Stove Top: 1. In a 2 quart saucepan, combine 3 1/4 cups of water, contents of package and 1/4 lb of ham or smoked sausage (optional). Stir thoroughly and bring to a boil. 2. Stir, reduce heat to low, cover and let simmer for 25 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking. 3. Remove from heat and let stand uncovered for 5 minutes. Stir, serve and enjoy. Microwave: 1. In a microwavable dish, combine 3 1/4 cups of hot water, contents of package and 1/4 lb of ham or smoked sausage (optional). Stir and cover. 2. Cover and cook on high for 5 minutes*. Stir, reduce power to 50% and cook for another 20 minutes*, stirring occasionally. 3. Remove and let stand covered for 5 minutes. Stir, serve and enjoy. * Cook time may vary depending on the power of the microwave oven. Add sausage or ham.
