Cook thoroughly. Cooking Instructions: Do not thaw before cooking. Conventional Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Remove meal from carton and cut 2 slits in the film cover over each compartment of the tray. 3. Place meal on a cookie sheet and cook on middle oven rack for 13 minutes. 4. Carefully peel back the film and stir the potatoes and turn the meat portion over. 5. Place the film back over the tray and continue to cook for an additional 4 minutes or until 165 degrees F. 6. Remove meal from oven on cookie sheet; let stand for 2 minutes before carefully removing film. Please Note: The cooking instructions above were developed to produce the best possible product in a conventional oven. However, because ovens vary, cooking times may vary. Do not place under a broiler. Do not set oven temperature above 375 degrees F. Failure to use a cookie sheet may result in damage to the serving tray and food. Microwave Oven: 1. Remove meal from carton and cut 2 slits in the film cover over each compartment of the tray. 2. Microwave on high power for 2 minutes. 3. Carefully peel back the film and stir the potatoes and turn the meat portion over. 4. Place the film back over the tray and cook for an additional 1 minute and 30 seconds or until 165 degrees F. 5. Let stand for 2 minutes before carefully removing film. Please Note: The cooking instructions above were developed in a 1100 watt microwave and were designed to produce the best possible product by cooking each tray individually. Microwave ovens vary. Please increase or decrease your cooking time to ensure cooking. Do not prepare in a toaster oven. When removing plastic film from tray, be careful to avoid escaping steam. Refrigerate or discard any unused portion. For food safety and quality, follow these cooking instructions. Cook this product to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F before eating. Keep frozen.
