Boiling Seafood: 1. Prep: Fill a crawfish pot with 2-1/2 gallons of water. Add Crawfish, Shrimp & Crab Boil. Stir well and bring to a rolling boil. 2. Boil: Add seafood. If seafood is not covered, add enough water to cover. Return to a rolling boil. Boil seafood as indicated in chart below. Boiling Guide (Boil seafood to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F): Seafood type: Crawfish; 10 lbs package boils; 4 mins boil time; 15-30 mins soak time. Seafood Type: Shrimp; 13 lbs package boils; turn off heat as soon as water returns to a rolling boil time; 5-10 mins soak time. Seafood Type: Crab; 2 dozen package boils; 5 mins boil time; 15-30 mins soak time. 3. Soak: Turn fire off, add ice or frozen corn to cool water down, and let seafood soak as indicated. The longer it soaks, the spicier it will be!
