Heating Instructions from Frozen: Recommended Method: Skillet: 6-7 minutes. Place Chicken Strips into a skillet. Heat on medium high for 6 to 7 minutes, turning several times. (Spraying skillet with cooking spray is optional). Conventional Oven: 6-7 Minutes. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place Chicken Strips in a single layer on a flat baking sheet. Heat for 6 to 7 minutes. Air Fryer: 8-9 minutes. Set air fryer to 390 degrees F. Place Chicken Strips in a single layer in the basket or on the tray. Heat for 4 minutes. Remove from air fryer and turn product over. Heat for an additional 4 to 5 minutes. Microwave: 1 minutes 45 seconds-7 minutes. Place Chicken Strips in a single layer on a microwave safe dish and cover. Heat on High: 3 ounces for 1 minute 45 seconds to 2 minutes. Entire package for 5 to 7 minutes. Healing times may vary as microwaves vary in intensity. Keep frozen. Once thawed, fresh for 5 days after opening. Pull apart to open. Press back together to close. Once thawed, fresh for 5 days after opening.
