Cooking Directions: 1. Measure 2 cups water and bring to a boil, add a teaspoonful of cooking oil and 1 teaspoon of salt, if desired. 2. Stir in 1 cup rice and return to boil. 3. Cover the saucepan. Lower the heat and simmer 20 minutes or until the rice is tender and all the water is absorbed.
