Thawing Instructions: Remove fish form all packaging and place in a covered container in the refrigerator overnight. Cooking Instructions: Brush fillet with oil and season to taste. Cook until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork and injternal cook temp reaches 145 degrees as measured by a food thermometer. Cook times will vary according to thickness of the fish. Cook from Thawed: Saute: 3-5 minutes, per side, turning once. Grill or Broil: 3-5 minutes per side, turning once. Bake: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F for 14-16 minutes, turning once. Cook from Frozen: Saute: 4-6 minutes per side, turning once. Grill or Broil: 4-6 minutes per side, turning once. Bake: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F for 18-20 minutes, turning once.
