Makes about 8 matzo balls. Ingredients: 2 tbsp vegetable oil, 2 large eggs, slightly beaten, 1 tsp salt, desired, 2 tbsp manischewitz broth or water, 1/4 cup manischewitz matzo meal. To cook you will need: a small bowl, 6 cups (1 1/2 quarts) cold water, 4 quart pot. In a bowl beat eggs; Manischewitz add oil, matzo meal and salt. Blend together. Add broth or water and mix until uniform. Cover and chill in refrigerator for about 20 minutes. Meanwhile, bring 6 cups (1½ quarts) salted water to a brisk boil. Remove chilled matzo ball mixture from refrigerator. Moisten. Hands and form batter into matzo balls, approx. 1 inch in diameter. Reduce heat. Drop matzo balls into pot of boiling water. Cover tightly and simmer until throughly cooked, about 30-40 minutes.
