Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.

Directions

Not preserved. Keep refrigerated below 40°F at all times. After opening, uncured bacon keeps for 5 days in refrigeration. Can freeze up to 12 months. BAKING Cooking (Appliances vary, heating times approximate). Bake: Heat oven to 400°F. Separate slices and place on rack in shallow baking pan. Bake 15–20 minutes or to desired crispiness. No turning is necessary. PAN_FRYING Cooking (Appliances vary, heating times approximate). Pan Fry: Place bacon slices in skillet. Cook over medium-low heat, turning frequently, to desired crispiness. Drain on paper towels.
