Preparation: 1. Place wrapper into warm water until it is pliable (about 15 seconds). 2. Remove and blot on a damp lea towel. 3. Place the filling in the middle of the wrapper. 4. Fold over the bottom and sides. 5. Roll wrapper upwards to form a neat roll shape. Serve immediately or deep-fry for about 2 minutes. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened put in an airtight container, keep refrigerated and use within 30 days.
