PAN FRY (PREFERRED METHOD): 1. Place SAUCE pouch in a bowl of hot water until heated thoroughly. 2. Add 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil to nonstick pan and heat on MEDIUM until hot. 3. Open bag of beef, broccoli, and onion and empty into pan. 4. Cook uncovered for 6 - 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. 5. Open bag of heated SAUCE. Stir in with beef and broccoli, cooking for 2 additional minutes or until hot**. OVEN: 1. Preheat oven to 375°F. 2. Place SAUCE pouch in a bowl of hot water until heated thoroughly. 3. Open bag of beef, broccoli, and onion and empty into an oven safe container. 4. Cook uncovered for 15 minutes. 5. Open bag of heated SAUCE and stir in with beef, broccoli and onion. 6. Place back in the oven and bake an additional 1 - 2 minutes or until hot**. MICROWAVE: 1. Place SAUCE pouch in a bowl of hot water until heated thoroughly. 2. Open bag of beef, broccoli, and onion and empty into a microwave safe container. 3. Microwave uncovered on HIGH, for 3 minutes. 4. Open bag of heated SAUCE and stir in with beef and broccoli. Cook for 3 additional minutes or until hot**. NOTE: MICROWAVE OPERATING AT 1200 WATTS. MICROWAVES MAY VARY, ADJUST COOK TIMES TO INDIVIDUAL MICROWAVE. **Internal temperature should be 165°F for at least 15 seconds.
