BAKING INSTRUCTIONS Directions developed using conventional ovens. Ovens vary; baking time may need to be adjusted. Preheat oven to 350oF Break along pre-scored lines. Place 20 cookies 2" apart on ungreased baking sheet(s). Bake 9-10 minutes or until golden brown. Baked cookies may have a slightly visible square shape. High Altitude: Bake at 350oF 10-11 minutes. Dough may be frozen for up to 2 months if frozen before "use by" date on the package. Frozen dough can be baked in preheated oven. Simply add 1-2 minutes of bake time. TIPS FOR BETTER BAKING For a rounder cookie, slightly round dough corners before placing on baking sheet. Bake one baking sheet at a time on center rack in oven. Begin with the lowest time recommended and add time as needed. After baking, cool cookies 2 minutes on baking sheet, remove to cool completely.
