Bake at 350F for 7 to 10 min. or until lightly browned, stirring frequently. Or, spread in microwavable pie plate. Microwave on high 3 min. or until lightly browned, stirring every minute. Watch carefully as coconut can easily burn! How to tint coconut: Mix 1/2 tsp. water with a few drops of food coloring. Add to 1 cup Baker's Angel Flake Coconut in resealable plastic bag; seal bag. Shake until coconut is evenly tinted. Use more food coloring for a darker shade and les coloring for a lighter shade. Storage know how: Store unopened packages of Baker's Angel Flake Coconut at room temperature. After opening, place the package in an airtight container and refrigerate or freeze for up to 6 months. After opening, store coconut, tightly closed in refrigerator.
