Swaggerty's 1lb mild Italian premium pork sausage is made fresh daily from our best cuts of pork using no artificial fillers and seasoned with our butcher’s favorite recipe of spices.


Pork, Seasoning (Salt, Corn Syrup Solids, Spices, Dehydrated Red Bell Pepper, Garlic Powder, Lemon Juice Powder (Corn Syrup Solids, Lemon Juice Solids, Lemon Oil), Disodium Inosinate and Disodium Guanylate, Flavorings, BHA, BHT, Propyl Gallate, Citric Acid), Water, Vinegar Flavoring (Potassium Lactate, Vinegar, Natural Flavors).

Directions

Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cook thoroughly. Cooking Instructions: For optimum flavor, refrigerate and prepare within 3 days or freeze for no more than 30 days. If thawing in microwave, remove product from all packaging and use microwave approved containers only. Place thawed sausage in cold skillet and break the sausage apart. Cook over medium heat until thoroughly browned. Sausage is cooked thoroughly when internal temperature is 170 degrees F with no visible pink internally. Previously handled frozen. Refreeze or keep refrigerated.
