Using electric mixer, beat 6 tablespoons softened butter or margarine and icing mix together, at medium speed. 2. Add milk or water (or 1/4 cup whipping cream) and continue beating until light and fluffy. Keep icing covered with a damp cloth until ready to use. How to Store: Refrigerate icing in an airtight container for up to two weeks. Re-whip before using.
