Cook thoroughly. Microwave Cooking Directions: Microwave ovens vary; cooking times may need to be adjusted. Cooking times are based on an 1100 watt microwave oven. Step 1: Remove bowl from outer carton. Cut a slit in center of film cover. Step 2: Microwave on high 3 minutes. Carefully peel back film; stir rice. Replace film. Microwave on high 1 minute longer or until cooked through. Step 3: Let stand in microwave 1 minute. Carefully remove bowl from microwave. Remove film cover. Caution: Bowl and contents will be hot. Use pot holders when removing from microwave. Do not prepare in conventional or toaster oven. Do not thaw. Keep frozen until ready to cook. For Food Safety & Quality follow these cooking directions. Internal temperature of dish should be 165 degrees F after cooking. Keep frozen.
