Directions - Always use a measuring cup 1. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in heavy saucepan over medium-high heat. 2. Using a measuring cup, stir in 1-1/2 cups long grain rice and cook, stirring frequently, until rice turns golden. 3. Using the same measuring cup, stir in 3 cups water and 1 packet Knorr Mi Arroz until dissolved. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer covered 18 minutes without stirring. 4. Remove from heat and let stand covered for 10 minutes.
