Shake well. What You'll Need: 1 lb chicken strips. 1 tbsp cooking oil. Large pan. Also great with beef, pork, or seafood! Cook It Up! 1 Season: Sprinkle salt and pepper on chicken. 2 Saute: Get that pan hot! Med-high (2 min). Add cooking oil. Cook chicken 2-3 min on each side. 3 Sauce: Turn heat to low. Add sauce to pan. Simmer chicken in sauce for 1 min. Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate after opening.
