We sourced this pinot gris from our own estate vineyards in the Dundee Hills, the Van Duzer Corridor, as well as some of our favorite cool climate vineyards of the Willamette Valley near Mt. Angel. Most of the fruit for our pinot gris ripened quickly with fast increase in brix over a three week time-frame. The grapes harvested showed excellent ripeness and bright acidity.
