Directions: Add 1/4 cups of boiling water for the first cup of Osem Israeli Couscous. Add 1 cup of water to each additional cup of Osem Israeli Couscous. Cover pot and simmer for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add salt to taste. Serving Suggestion: Saute one small chopped onion in olive oil until golden brown. Add 1 cup of Osem Israeli (Pearl) couscous and stir well. Add salt, pepper, chopped parsley, and other spices according to taste. Add 1 1/4 cups of boiling water or broth. Cover pot and simmer for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Store in cool and dry place.
